Nothing Found In Suspicious Briefcase At Walmart

Sonora, CA -- Late Tuesday afternoon Sonora Police officers responded to the Sonora Walmart parking lot because a suspicious briefcase was located in a shopping cart.

Police Chief Mark Stinson says the Calaveras County Bomb Squad was called in to investigate as a precautionary measure. The bomb squad found nothing in the briefcase.
